In an effort to simplify my routine, I long ago abandoned Gillette. Full disclosure: I have no stake in Solingen & receive no payment from them. I simply think they make a great razor. This thing shaves better and faster, and cleans easier than any 8-blade razor ever could. I'd expect nothing less from a German company.
While I was changing my razor, I decided to change my shaving cream as well. Caswell-Massey opened in Rhode Island in 1752 and they still make great products. Do yourself a favor and try their stuff.
Now, how could this adhere to my 15 Minutes or less rule? Easy: a closer shave means less-frequent shaving and now I bleed a lot less.
