The Sleeve Roll: A Tutorial
The wrong way to roll your sleeve.
The right way. The roll should end near the elbow, and be roughly the width of the cuff.
Also, I like the second guy's shirt/tie combo. Blue and green almost always look good together as long as the word neon isn't involved.
