These principles guide what I write about and wear on a daily basis. I don't want to look sloppy, but I don't want to spend a lot of time dressing, either. Using my style principles, I aim to dress better with less effort.
Keep It Tailored was started when I found it difficult to find men's fashion and style blogs that appealed to a normal guy. I believe regular guys want to be well-dressed and have good style, but don't want to spend hours thinking about it. I don't want to dig through "high fashion" magazines, web sites and blogs that don't appeal to me, and I doubt many guys do either.
I think dressing well is more than simply buying the most expensive suits and shoes. Dressing well is all about identifying personal style, learning what's essential, and then adapting your style to your life. The goal of this blog is to help the normal dude figure out how to do just that.
